For the seitan
- Place all ingredients in a food container with a lid . Mix well and let the seitan marinate overnight, store in the fridge.
- Place the seitan in a baking dish and bake in the oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes until it becomes crunchy on the outside. Flip the seitan over so that all sides are evenly cooked.
For the fries
- Cut the potatoes into wedges. Place in a bowl, add oregano, olive oil and salt. Mix well and spread the potatoes in a baking dish , leaving room around each potato. Bake at 180C for 40 minutes, and then flip them over and grill at 150C for 10 more minutes, until they get crispy and browned.
For the gyros pita
- Warm up the pita. Spread 1 tbsp of tzatziki on each pita, add fries, seitan-gyro, salad and enjoy.
