Popular UK Italian high street chain, Bella Italia have recently launched their new menu which includes a vegan cheese option for their pizzas.
Following the addition of vegan options in January for Veganuary, James Spragg, Casual Dining Group’s Chief Operating Officer said that innovation is imperative for continual success.
“This latest menu innovation reflects the rise in popularity of healthier alternatives and ethical choices, but also demonstrates our commitment to always listen to our customers, and the market, and our willingness to adapt.“
Customers can enjoy plant-powered starters such as the Zuppa del Giorno (Soup of the Day) and bruschetta, and mains like the Lenticchie ragu and the cannelini bean-based Verde Burger, with the option to swap any pasta for a spiralised vegetable version.
And now with the option to add their new vegan cheese to ANY pizza, we’re feeling very spoilt for choice!
A statement on their website reads:
“And last but not least- Vegan cheese has landed in Bella! After spending months trying to find the perfect vegan cheese we’ve finally cracked it, we’ve got a great tasting vegan cheese now on the menu – try it on our amazing pizzas for a satisfying vegan treat!“
