It warms our heart to see so many people determined to start their new year in a mindful and healthful way. Our mission is to support and encourage positive health changes by educating plant-based chefs, as well as home cooks, to become culinary trail blazers for conscious eating in their communities.
For more than 20 years, The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts has been educating students in the art and science of plant-based, garden-friendly cooking. The Academy focuses on the five healing cuisines; Vegetarian, Vegan, Raw, Macrobiotics, and Ayurvedic cooking; and all of our classes, from our Professional Chef Training Program, to our online Distance Learning Program, are distilled from our philosophy of spreading health and wellness throughout communities with a non-dogmatic approach.
To continue on our mission to impact health across the world, Natural Epicurean has adapted our professional chef training curriculum to meet the needs of our community at large by offering online courses featuring live webinars with our Chef faculty. These courses include a one hour broadcast with our Chef, as well as the ability to schedule one on one time to get more in depth help with your kitchen. “We’re not just handing you the materials and leaving you to fend for yourself,” says Charles, our sales and admissions coordinator. “We make sure each of our students is in contact with the instructor and that they meet their individual goals and expectations.”
The Natural Epicurean is dedicated to giving people the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to prepare healthy foods for themselves, their loved ones, and their community. By participating in the Veganuary Challenge, you are taking a step toward a more mindful and conscious way of eating, and proving to us that we are indeed a part of a positive movement.
