Fancy something, quick, easy and super tasty?
If you’re in the mood for something simple to create that will give you the ultimate taste sensation, then these portobello pesto pizza burgers are exactly what you need. Healthy, delicious and quick to make – sounds good to us!
What you’ll need:
2 Portobello mushrooms
4 tsp Tideford’s pesto
2 olives, cut up small
2 tbsp dairy-free cheese
Cook 15-18 mins
- Heat the oven to 200 oC
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and scrape out the gills with a teaspoon
- Smear 2 tsp pesto on the inside of each mushroom, add the olives and capers, and a slice of tomato, then top with the cheese
- Place on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 15-18 minutes
