Trinity is the author of Trinity’s Conscious Kitchen, a super healthy, all vegan recipe book inspired by over 8 years of catering as a vegan chef and 20 years as a vegan. Having only ever served vegan, wheat-free cuisine, free from refined sugar; she has produced a plethora of new, original, vibrational raising recipes to serve and share with others.

Embracing a healthy vegan diet for over half of her life, means that Trinity experiences optimal levels of health; it brings her great joy to inspire that within in others too – showing how easy, fun and delicious compassionate food preparation can be.
