  1. Large handful of spinach or chopped kale leaves
  2. 1 celery stalk chopped
  3. ½ banana, chopped (preferably frozen for creamier texture)
  4. Juice of ½ lemon
  5. Few stalks of parsley leaves
  6. 1 scoop Pulsin vegan protein powder, optional
  7. ¼ chopped cucumber
  8. 1 small ripe pear cored and chopped
  9. 250ml cooled green tea or coconut water
  10. 1 tsp chia seeds
  11. 1 tsp supergreen powder
