April 2022.<\/strong> Im Anschluss an den Veganuary plant die Mehrheit der Teilnehmenden sich dauerhaft rein pflanzlich zu ern\u00e4hren oder drastisch weniger Tierprodukte zu konsumieren. Dies zeigt die offizielle Umfrage* zum Veganuary 2022, an dem mehr als 629.000 Menschen aus insgesamt 228 L\u00e4ndern und Regionen teilnahmen und einen Monat lang eine vegane Ern\u00e4hrung ausprobierten. Zum dritten Mal fand der Veganuary im Januar 2022 auch in Deutschland statt. Hierzulande und international brach die Kampagne, initiiert von der gleichnamigen gemeinn\u00fctzigen Organisation, alle bisherigen Rekorde. Auch zahlreiche Prominente machten wieder beim Veganuary mit, darunter Schauspieler Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vor allem Mischk\u00f6stler:innen beim Veganuary dabei<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die offizielle Umfrage richtet sich im Anschluss an die vegane Monats-Challenge, die die Organisation Veganuary mit einem Ern\u00e4hrungsprogramm im E-Mailformat unterst\u00fctzt, an die registrierten Teilnehmenden. Sie ergiebt: \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mit 51 Prozent ern\u00e4hrte sich <strong>mehr als die H\u00e4lfte der Teilnehmenden vor dem Veganuary 2022 omnivor oder pescetarisch <\/strong>und a\u00df Fleisch und\/oder Fisch.<\/li><li>32 Prozent a\u00dfen zuvor vegetarisch, 17 Prozent vegan.<\/li><li><strong>Tierschutz, Umweltschutz sowie die eigene Gesundheit <\/strong>gaben die Befragten als wichtigste Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr ihre Teilnahme an.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>Veganuary als Anlass f\u00fcr nachhaltig ge\u00e4nderten Speiseplan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>36 Prozent der befragten Teilnehmenden, die sich vor dem Veganuary nicht bereits vegan ern\u00e4hrten, haben vor, <strong>auch weiterhin vegan <\/strong>zu essen.<\/li><li>74 Prozent der Teilnehmenden, die nicht weiterhin vegan essen, wollen ihren <strong>Konsum von Tierprodukten mindestens halbieren<\/strong>. 76 Prozent werden zudem au\u00dferordentlich\/sehr wahrscheinlich auch in Zukunft erneut eine vegane Ern\u00e4hrung ausprobieren.<\/li><li><strong>Insgesamt 83 Prozent der Teilnehmenden, die sich vor dem Veganuary nicht vegan ern\u00e4hrten, planen eine dauerhafte Ern\u00e4hrungsumstellung <\/strong>und m\u00f6chten auch k\u00fcnftig entweder vollst\u00e4ndig vegan essen oder den Konsum von Tierprodukten um mindestens die H\u00e4lfte reduzieren.<\/li><li>Insgesamt <strong>98 Prozent der Teilnehmenden <\/strong>w\u00fcrden Veganuary in Freundeskreis und Familie weiterempfehlen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vegan einfacher als gedacht<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Jene Teilnehmenden, die auch in Zukunft eine vegane Ern\u00e4hrung beibehalten wollen, begr\u00fcnden ihre Entscheidung damit, dass sie dank Veganuary mehr \u00fcber Veganismus und seine Hintergr\u00fcnde gelernt haben (25 Prozent) und dass rein pflanzliche Ern\u00e4hrung einfacher ist als erwartet (20 Prozent). Da zu jedem Veganuary zugleich mehr Unternehmen teilnehmen und ihre rein pflanzlichen Angebote erweitern, f\u00f6rdert die Kampagne auch den einfachen und \u00fcberall verf\u00fcgbaren Zugang zu veganen Lebensmitteln, etwa in Einzelhandel oder Gastronomie.<br><br>Ein positives Fazit zieht so auch Schauspieler Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht, der beim Veganuary 2022 dabei war und in Kooperation mit Lieferservice Lieferando und taste&amp;soul eine Bowl zum Veganuary kreierte hatte:<em> \u201cIch bin \u00fcberrascht, wie einfach sich die vegane Ern\u00e4hrung in den Alltag integrieren l\u00e4sst. Ich habe viele leckere, neue Gerichte kennengelernt, entweder selbst gekocht oder ganz easy und schnell \u00fcber Lieferando bestellt. Auch wenn ich nicht dauerhaft auf tierische Produkte verzichten m\u00f6chte, werde ich zuk\u00fcnftig noch viel mehr auf pflanzliche Alternativen zur\u00fcckgreifen und meinen Lebensstil langfristig nachhaltiger gestalten.\u201d<\/em><br><br>Katharina Weiss-Tuider, Director von Veganuary in Deutschland, kommentiert die Veganuary-Umfrage: <em>\u201cDas Feedback der Teilnehmenden verdeutlicht auch in diesem Jahr eindrucksvoll die Wirkung des Veganuary: Ein Gro\u00dfteil nimmt die Veganuary-Erfahrung als Anlass f\u00fcr eine nachhaltige Ern\u00e4hrungsumstellung und reduziert entweder den Konsum von Tierprodukten drastisch oder macht gleich ganz vegan weiter. So bringt Veganuary mit allen Teilnehmenden eine wichtige Entwicklung f\u00fcr Menschen, Tiere und unseren Planeten voran.<\/em>\u201d<br><br>Sie f\u00fcgt hinzu:<em> \u201cWir arbeiten stets daran, unseren Teilnehmenden die wichtigsten Infos, n\u00fctzlichsten Tipps und Rezepte und nat\u00fcrlich auch die beste Unterst\u00fctzung zu bieten. Umso gl\u00fccklicher macht uns, dass 98 Prozent Veganuary weiterempfehlen w\u00fcrden \u2013 wie schon in den Vorjahren.
