Blazing Buffalo Chick’n Dip

Ingredients

2 packs of Like™ Chick’n Pieces

2 packs of Like Chick’n Pieces

2 cups of cashew nuts

4 tbsp nutritional yeast

Juice of ½  lemon

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp onion powder

½  cup of buffalo sauce (we like Frank’s Red Hot)

2 tsp salt

1 cup of vegan grated cheese (optional)

A dish so full of cheezy, meaty flavor, it is guaranteed to be a hit with the entire table at your next Friendsgiving, Holiday potluck or Game Night.

Preparation

  1. Boil the cashews in 2 cups of water for 1 hour and drain.
  2. Add the boiled cashews, ½ cup of water, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic and onion and powder, buffalo sauce and salt to a blender. Blend until it becomes a SUPER smooth sauce.
  3. Rip or roughly chop the Like chicken Bites, especially the bigger pieces to get to a shredded-like consistency
  4. Mix the sauce and Like Chik’n in a large bowl.
  5. Transfer the mix to an oven proof tray. Sprinkle with vegan cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350F
  6. Serve with a bowl of tortilla chips and enjoy!
