Chipotle is a popular Tex Mex chain that’s amazing for vegans.

Start by choosing one of the following:

  • Burrito
  • Bowl
  • Tacos
  • Salad

If you’re in the US or Canada, you can then add vegan Sofritas, made from shredded tofu, before topping with salsa, guacamole, or fajita vegetables.

You won’t find Sofritas on the UK menu, but you can still choose from the following:

  • Black Beans
  • Pinto Beans
  • Fajita Vegetables
  • White/Brown Rice

And finally, you can top your meal with:

  • Fresh Tomato Salsa
  • Roasted Chilli Corn Salsa, Green Tomato Salsa, or Red Tomato Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Tortilla Chips

Since the food is so customisable, there’s something for almost everyone at Chipotle.

For dessert, try the vegan dessert calzone – it’s filled with banana, caramelised pecans, and blueberries, and served with coconut and chocolate gelato.
