Over 2,100 new vegan products and menu options were introduced worldwide during Veganuary 2024. This year, more than 50 restaurants across New York City are taking part in the campaign. Visit one of their 52 locations around New York and across the country)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lucy\u2019s Vietnamese <\/strong>(launched &#8220;Spiced Shiitake Mushroom P\u00e2t\u00e9 B\u00e1nh M\u00ec&#8221; available through Jan 20 at all 5 NYC locations)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Harlem Shake <\/strong>(launched Vegan Nuggins: Plant \u201cchicken\u201d nuggets with a choice of dip; available at both Harlem Shake locations)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eataly<\/strong> (offering a vegan Rasberry Filled Croissant; in collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tourlami.com\/\">Tourlami<\/a>, a plant-based butter company that is collaborating with 14 different restaurants and bakeries across NYC to create brand new vegan options. Two Boots Pizza is throwing a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DFDvCaLvH29\/\">Veganuary Celebration<\/a> at its Upper East Side location (2nd Ave &amp; 65th St) on Wednesday, January 22 at 6pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Workplaces:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over 40 US employers have already announced their participation in the Veganuary Workplace Challenge, meaning they are inviting their employees to try vegan for 31 days.
