Highlights from the charity\u2019s eleventh campaign include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A staggering&nbsp;<strong>25.8 million people gave up animal products during January<\/strong>&nbsp;globally based on surveys commissioned by Veganuary in its core campaign countries and population estimates for those countries&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least&nbsp;<strong>1,480 new vegan products and menu options&nbsp;<\/strong>were launched worldwide during January&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More than&nbsp;<strong>12,250 international media mentions of Veganuary<\/strong>&nbsp;including Fox News, Eating Well, KOIN, Men&#8217;s Health, Bloomberg, BBC News, and Independent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Official&nbsp;<strong>Veganuary campaigns launched in Canada, Peru and Malaysia<\/strong>&nbsp;in partnership with local organizations, taking the number of countries with active Veganuary campaigns to 20, while a sister campaign, V-March, was just launched by China Vegan Society with support from Veganuary&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &gt;&gt;&gt;&gt; The full <a href=\"https:\/\/veganuary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/US-Veganuary-End-of-Campaign-Report-2025.pdf\">Veganuary 2025 campaign report<\/a><\/strong> <strong>is available&nbsp;here<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reflecting on the success of the 2025 campaign,<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>CEO Ria Rehberg, says<\/strong>:&nbsp;<em>\u201cWhile I\u2019m grateful for this incredible progress, this moment is also bittersweet for me as it marks my final Veganuary as part of the organization. After leading this campaign for six years and helping transform it from a primarily UK-based initiative to a truly global movement active in 20 countries worldwide, I\u2019ve decided to step down and hand the reins to someone new. I\u2019m absolutely delighted that Wendy Matthews, Veganuary\u2019s current Head of International Partnerships and Expansion, will be Veganuary\u2019s new CEO starting March 15th.
