Okay, so officially there is no vegan main course option here. What there is, however, is a glorious fiesta of vegan starters and side dishes for you to do with what vegans do best – a DIY vegan menu! Simply mix and match to create the Mexican feast of your dreams.
Here’s how to do Tex Mex, vegan style, at Chimichanga*…
- Mixed Olives
- Mexican Hummus
A classic hummus with smoked paprika and roasted peppers. Served with house tortilla chips.
- Homemade Salsa
Made with tomato, onions, coriander, jalapeños and lime juice. Served with house tortilla chips.
- Fresh Guacamole
Creamy avocado, onion, coriander, lime and jalapeños. Served with house tortilla chips.
- Coriander and Lime Rice
- Cowboy Beans
- Mixed Salad
- Seasoned House Fries
- Sweet Potato Fries
- Sorbet Mojito
with the option to add Bacardi (because, y’know, that’s always a vegan option on any menu!)
Dairy is handled in same factory as the fajita mix, Mexene chilli powder and the wheat tortilla.
