\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu principal motivaci\u00f3n para seguir una alimentaci\u00f3n a base de plantas?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

“La principal motivaci\u00f3n fueron siempre los animales, si bien me gusta el fitness, me veo solo como una herramienta, un medio para un fin practico. El fin es demostrar de forma emp\u00edrica lo que ya todos sabemos, que se puede construir m\u00fasculo de forma vegana. \ud83c\udfcb\ufe0f\u200d\u2642\ufe0f” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cuando empezaste con esta alimentaci\u00f3n \u00bfCu\u00e1l fue el principal obst\u00e1culo que enfrentaste?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

“Al empezar, mi principal obst\u00e1culo fue el miedo infundado a perder mis ganancias musculares, algo que jam\u00e1s sucedi\u00f3 \ud83d\udcaa. El miedo no desapareci\u00f3 al principio, simplemente consider\u00e9 que mi miedo no era importante en comparaci\u00f3n a lo que yo pod\u00eda estar caus\u00e1ndole a los animales con mis h\u00e1bitos.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 consejo le dar\u00edas a alguien que est\u00e1 comenzando su viaje vegano?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

“Que lo haga como quiera pero que d\u00e9 el paso hacia el veganismo. Es de vital importancia para los animales \ud83d\udc2e, cuando digo vital me refiero a vida o muerte, as\u00ed que no es una decisi\u00f3n para tomar a la ligera o no prestarle la adecuada atenci\u00f3n. Ya sea con acompa\u00f1amiento o no, hay que dejar a los animales fuera de nuestro plato de forma inmediata. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00ed le dir\u00eda que es la mejor decisi\u00f3n que va a tomar y que no me arrepiento ni un solo d\u00eda de haberla tomado. Tambi\u00e9n le dir\u00eda que no se puede dejar de ser vegano, porque no es como te alimentas solamente, sino un lineamiento \u00e9tico, que en mi opini\u00f3n te convierte en mejor persona.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 cambios positivos en tu salud has experimentado desde que comenzaste con esta alimentaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

“A nivel de entrenamiento y rendimiento ninguno, tampoco en la piel ni a nivel locomotor, pero s\u00ed mis valores de colesterol total est\u00e1n muy por debajo de los valores promedio, tanto LDL como HDL. \u2728” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una receta vegana que preparas todas las semanas<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

“Me gusta mantener todo lo m\u00e1s simple posible, por lo que suelo mezclar cualquier legumbre con casi cualquier vegetal. Me gustan los preparados de pastas de legumbres<\/a> que se pueden untar sobre galletas de arroz \u00a1Y obtener un estupendo snack! Suelo mezclar tambi\u00e9n aceitunas con man\u00ed, nueces y semillas de zapallo con una cobertura de k\u00e9tchup. Poco usual, lo s\u00e9. Para gustos los colores dicen…” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
