{"id":155024,"date":"2022-09-10T21:02:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-10T20:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/veganuary.com\/?p=155024"},"modified":"2024-12-27T22:56:57","modified_gmt":"2024-12-27T22:56:57","slug":"la-carne-y-su-impacto-en-la-salud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/veganuary.com\/es\/la-carne-y-su-impacto-en-la-salud\/","title":{"rendered":"el impacto del consumo de carne en nuestra salud"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La carne roja es un alimento que se encuentra en la dieta del d\u00eda a d\u00eda de las personas, sin embargo, existe una amplia evidencia que nos demuestra como el consumo excesivo de carnes rojas se ha asociado con el riesgo de desarrollar enfermedades no transmisibles como el c\u00e1ncer, enfermedades cardiovasculares, diabetes tipo II y obesidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es por ello, que no podemos ser indiferentes con los datos de c\u00f3mo la producci\u00f3n y consumo excesivo de carne afecta nuestra salud y al planeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) nos aconseja mantener una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable donde predominen las frutas, verduras, cereales integrales y hortalizas; adem\u00e1s, ha clasificado la carne procesada como cancer\u00edgena y la carne roja como probablemente cancer\u00edgena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sabemos que el consumo excesivo de carne y otros alimentos de origen animal tiene efectos irreversibles en nuestro estado de salud, pero \u00bfsabemos cu\u00e1les son? Nos gustar\u00eda enfatizar en los efectos de mayor gravedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ENFERMEDADES Y SU RELACI\u00d3N CON EL CONSUMO DE CARNE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Se ha encontrado una conexi\u00f3n en el consumo diario de carne roja y carne procesada con el riesgo de muerte por enfermedad card\u00edaca, esto se debe principalmente a las sustancias qu\u00edmicas que se encuentran presentes en la carne y que el consumo de la misma eleva los niveles de colesterol. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dos o m\u00e1s raciones de carne al d\u00eda, aumenta el riesgo de enfermedad cardiovascular, en comparaci\u00f3n con dietas donde el consumo es muy bajo o nulo y los alimentos de origen vegetal tienen una mayor presencia (7).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un estudio publicado en JAMA Internal Medicine, se encontr\u00f3 una asociaci\u00f3n en las tasas de incidencia de enfermedad coronaria, accidente cerebrovascular e insuficiencia cardiaca con el consumo de carne, pollo y pescado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">diabetes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Otra enfermedad que se relaciona con el consumo de carne es la diabetes tipo II, a medida que aumenta el consumo de carne (desde 100 gr) la probabilidad de riesgo de diabetes puede llegar hasta un 46 por ciento, ya que, al consumir cantidades altas en carne, aumenta el consumo de grasas saturadas, colesterol diet\u00e9tico, hierro hemo y prote\u00edna animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El c\u00e1ncer es otra enfermedad que se ve afectada por el consumo de carne, esto debido que la carne contiene compuestos qu\u00edmicos como nitratos y nitritos que se relacionan con el riesgo de c\u00e1ncer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un estudio realizado en Reino Unido en el European Journal of Cancer, mostr\u00f3 como una persona que consume alrededor de 20,2 gramos de carne al d\u00eda, aumenta el riesgo en un 21 por ciento, sabiendo que el consumo promedio de un humano es de 139 gr al d\u00eda, y que la recomendaci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima es de 500 gr a la semana, seg\u00fan el World Cancer Research, podemos concluir que las personas rebasan la dosis recomendada en una dieta cotidiana, por lo tanto, el riesgo es mayor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los alimentos que se relacionan con estas enfermedades son: tocino, jam\u00f3n, salchichas, hamburguesas y nuggets, alimentos que est\u00e1n presentes en la alimentaci\u00f3n de la mayor\u00eda de las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante enfatizar que el riesgo de cualquiera de estas enfermedades aumenta a medida que el consumo de carne sea mayor, adem\u00e1s, que es importante resaltar que la calidad de la carne en la actualidad es mala, debido a la demanda de la misma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BENEFICIOS DE UNA DIETA BASADA EN PLANTAS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las dietas con mayor consumo de vegetales reducen la mortalidad por enfermedades card\u00edacas y c\u00e1ncer, seg\u00fan un estudio publicado en American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La alimentaci\u00f3n a base de plantas, al ser alta en vitaminas, minerales y fibra, nos da un panorama favorable en nuestro estado de salud a corto, mediano y largo plazo a favor de la salud humana, protegi\u00e9ndonos contra el c\u00e1ncer, enfermedades cardiovasculares y diabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razones sobran para optar por una dieta basada en plantas, hoy en d\u00eda existen marcas con propuestas deliciosas de productos y canales digitales que nos proporcionan contenido para la preparaci\u00f3n de alimentos deliciosos y emp\u00e1ticos con nuestra salud y el medioambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Has el intento de cocinar una vez a la semana un men\u00fa donde las leguminosas, cereales integrales y verduras sean las protagonistas, despu\u00e9s intenta implementar m\u00e1s d\u00edas, hasta que todas tus comidas de la semana sean sin carne y vive todos los beneficios que te brinda una alimentaci\u00f3n vegetal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REFERENCIAS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.- Fraser GE, Jaceldo-Siegl K, Orlich M, Maschak A, Sirirat R, Knutsen S.
