Seg\u00fan un estudio realizado por Veganuary y Mintel Consulting, al 2021, se registr\u00f3 un 12% de productos lanzados con la etiqueta \u201cvegano\u201d, que significa un 8% de crecimiento respecto a tres a\u00f1os antes, un crecimiento mayor a pa\u00edses como Brasil y Argentina, que tambi\u00e9n tuvieron crecimiento, pero a menor porcentaje.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre las empresas, Mauricio Serrano expuso el caso de Papa John&#8217;s, compa\u00f1\u00eda que se sum\u00f3 a la campa\u00f1a 2022 y que vio incrementado en un 42% las ventas de sus productos veganos durante la semana de la promoci\u00f3n con Veganuary, versus una semana normal. Por ello se extendi\u00f3 la invitaci\u00f3n a emprendimientos, pymes y grandes empresas, para poder involucrarse y as\u00ed promover el veganismo a trav\u00e9s de sus propias l\u00edneas y
