Un 40% cree que ambas lo son por igual.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, un 44% cree que la comida en base a plantas es m\u00e1s consciente con el entorno natural, y un peque\u00f1o 16% que cree que solo la carne de origen animal tiene esta caracter\u00edstica. El 40% restante cree que las dos lo son por igual.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Estos resultados demuestran como la sociedad chilena, en gran n\u00famero, est\u00e1 cuestion\u00e1ndose el consumo de carne y muchas de ellas, est\u00e1n viendo lo positivo que tiene para el planeta los productos en base a plantas, tanto para nuestro entorno natural como para un futuro m\u00e1s sustentable&#8221;, declar\u00f3 Mauricio Serrano, director de Veganuary Latinoam\u00e9rica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otro dato interesante de la encuesta de Veganuary, realizada por Criteria, es que un 11% de la poblaci\u00f3n no consume carne. Si se analiza por rango etario, este porcentaje aumenta a 18%. As\u00ed, quienes tienen entre 18 y 29 a\u00f1os, resultan ser quienes m\u00e1s han eliminado la carne de su alimentaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Junto con ello, un 35% de la poblaci\u00f3n se ha cuestionado alguna vez el consumo de carne animal. Nuevamente, en el rango etario que va entre los 18 y los 29 a\u00f1os se evidencian mayores diferencias, ya que la mitad (50%) de las y los j\u00f3venes encuestados ha cuestionado el consumo de carne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPara todas aquellas personas que han cuestionado su consumo de productos de origen animal, o creen que la alimentaci\u00f3n en base a plantas es m\u00e1s responsable con el medioambiente, Veganuary est\u00e1 para apoyarlos a dar el primer paso para dejar la carne y otros alimentos de origen animal, con apoyo durante un mes completo a trav\u00e9s de correos electr\u00f3nicos, recetas, planes de comida, un libro de cocina digital y mucho m\u00e1s\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Serrano.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Los efectos de la industria de la carne en el medioambiente<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La ganader\u00eda es la principal causa de deforestaci\u00f3n, \u00bfrealmente vale la pena pagar ese precio por comer un trozo de carne? Este es uno de los puntos que Veganuary plantea en su pr\u00f3xima campa\u00f1a Enero Vegano 2025, y que se relacionan directamente con los resultados del estudio sobre la percepci\u00f3n de la alimentaci\u00f3n en torno al medioambiente.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan an\u00e1lisis de Veganuary (en base a calculadoras que miden el impacto medioambiental de la alimentaci\u00f3n), por cada mill\u00f3n de participantes que adoptan una alimentaci\u00f3n basada en plantas durante un mes, se ahorran 6,2 millones de litros de agua, se salvan 3,4 millones de animales y se ahorran m\u00e1s de 103 mil toneladas de CO2eq equivalente a m\u00e1s de 253 mil vuelos de Santiago de Chile a R\u00edo de Janeiro en Brasil.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de controversiales gr\u00e1ficas, Veganuary se ha planteado sugerir que la comida no tiene que ser perturbadora, haciendo una invitaci\u00f3n a probar la alimentaci\u00f3n basada en plantas durante el primer mes del a\u00f1o.
