Este dinamismo refleja la creciente demanda de alternativas veganas y el compromiso de emprendedores, marcas y restaurantes latinoamericanos con opciones inclusivas y sostenibles para todos los p\u00fablicos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En enero, gracias a la campa\u00f1a de&nbsp;Veganuary,&nbsp;muchas&nbsp;marcas y restaurantes&nbsp;veganos&nbsp;en los diferentes pa\u00edses&nbsp;del continente&nbsp;acercan sus&nbsp;productos y men\u00fas basados en plantas&nbsp;a las personas&nbsp;veganas y aquellas que lo est\u00e1n probando por primera vez,&nbsp;a trav\u00e9s de descuentos y nuevos lanzamientos, disponibles en la secci\u00f3n&nbsp;\u201cOfertas&nbsp;Especiales\u201d&nbsp;de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/veganuary.com\/es\/ofertas-especiales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Veganuary.es.<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed tambi\u00e9n,&nbsp;otras grandes marcas han adherido a la campa\u00f1a&nbsp;este 2026, mostrando&nbsp;su&nbsp;inter\u00e9s por&nbsp;destacar&nbsp;una alimentaci\u00f3n&nbsp;m\u00e1s&nbsp;sostenible.&nbsp;Entre ellas,&nbsp;Jumbo,&nbsp;Tommy&nbsp;Beans,&nbsp;Uber&nbsp;Eats&nbsp;y&nbsp;Quillayes&nbsp;est\u00e1n destacando&nbsp;sus&nbsp;productos veganos; mientras que otros como&nbsp;Melt&nbsp;Pizzas&nbsp;y&nbsp;NotCo&nbsp;estar\u00e1n con 35% y 30% de descuento en algunos de sus productos, respectivamente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el caso de&nbsp;PedidosYa, la plataforma se sum\u00f3&nbsp;a la campa\u00f1a con promociones de hasta 30% en productos seleccionados y una oferta que supera los 12 mil platos veganos, adem\u00e1s de m\u00e1s de 190 productos de origen vegetal en su supermercado digital.&nbsp;Desde la empresa, se\u00f1alaron que durante 2025 se pidieron a trav\u00e9s de la&nbsp;app&nbsp;m\u00e1s de 39 mil productos o platos catalogados como veganos, confirmando as\u00ed la alta demanda de productos basados en plantas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mauricio Serrano, director de&nbsp;Veganuary&nbsp;Latinoam\u00e9rica, coment\u00f3 que&nbsp;&#8220;Las marcas que se suman a&nbsp;Veganuary&nbsp;entienden algo fundamental: la alimentaci\u00f3n&nbsp;plant-based&nbsp;es el futuro. No es una tendencia pasajera, es una necesidad. Cuando grandes empresas se comprometen con opciones sostenibles, abren puertas para millones de personas. En Latinoam\u00e9rica crecemos cada a\u00f1o, y ese crecimiento es gracias a empresas que apuestan por cambiar la forma en que comemos\u201d.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Empresas y sus colaboradores se suman a la cruzada<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Desaf\u00edo en el Lugar de Trabajo de&nbsp;Veganuary&nbsp;es otra forma en que las empresas pueden tomar acci\u00f3n respecto a la alimentaci\u00f3n basada en plantas. Se trata de&nbsp;una iniciativa que invita a las empresas a sumarse a la campa\u00f1a&nbsp;Enero Vegano,&nbsp;motivando a sus colaboradores a probar este tipo de alimentaci\u00f3n de forma colectiva durante enero, para fomentar espacios de trabajos m\u00e1s felices, sanos y que adem\u00e1s ayuden al planeta,&nbsp;ya que,&nbsp;seg\u00fan datos de la Gu\u00eda de Acci\u00f3n Clim\u00e1tica de la ONU, la alimentaci\u00f3n basada en plantas puede reducir la huella de carbono anual de una persona vegana hasta 2,1 toneladas o hasta 1,5 toneladas para una vegetariana.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este a\u00f1o, en M\u00e9xico,&nbsp;marcas como&nbsp;Nestl\u00e9 Professional&nbsp;y LUSH,&nbsp;se animaron&nbsp;a ser parte de este desaf\u00edo, invitando a los colaboradores de sus oficinas a probar el reto,&nbsp;buscando generar un impacto positivo tanto para los equipos como para el planeta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
