Una mezcla de semillas de ch\u00eda, c\u00e1\u00f1amo, lino, s\u00e9samo y girasol es muy buena.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Come y ten en tu plato quinua, lentejas o frijoles, ya que estos son ricos en prote\u00ednas.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Las verduras asadas viajan bien en Tupper.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Coma soya fermentada como tempeh o natto salteados.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Usa tu termo de comida.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Siempre combine los carbohidratos (p. Ej. Fideos) con prote\u00ednas (p. Ej., Nueces o legumbres) o grasas (p.
