Y esto, simplemente, no es as\u00ed. Claro que la carne tiene un mont\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas, pero eso no significa que no se puedan conseguir de otro modo. De hecho, los veganos hacemos lo que las vacas, los cerdos y los pollos; vamos a la fuente. Las verduras verdes (se llevan el premio la col rizada, el br\u00f3coli, las algas, los guisantes y las espinacas), las jud\u00edas y las legumbres (las lentejas, las habas de Lima, las jud\u00edas edamame, las pintas y las negras), los cereales (el arroz integral, el pan de trigo integral, la pasta, la quinua y el bulgur), y los frutos secos (las nueces de Brasil, los cacahuetes, los anacardos, las almendras, los pistachos y las nueces) son excelentes fuentes de prote\u00edna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomar suficiente prote\u00edna en tu alimentaci\u00f3n no es un gran problema, como sugiere la pregunta a simple vista. S\u00f3lo hay que estar al tanto de qu\u00e9 alimentos de origen vegetal son ricos en prote\u00ednas y tratar de incluir alguno de ellos en cada comida. La opci\u00f3n f\u00e1cil del s\u00e1ndwich de mantequilla de cacahuete (aunque, ahora que eres vegano, seguro que descubrir\u00e1s tambi\u00e9n las delicias de los anacardos y las avellanas), la espirulina en un <em>smoothie<\/em>, un buen tanque de chile con jud\u00edas rojas, negras y <em>cannellini,<\/em> o un salteado de tofu y montones de verduras\u2026 \u00a1Y eso solo por decir algo simple! \u00a1En serio, hay tanto para elegir que lo har\u00e1s sin darte cuenta!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La idea err\u00f3nea m\u00e1s habitual es creer que hay que consumir carne para conseguir suficiente prote\u00edna.
