style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">: rojas, negras o pintas (deshidratadas o en lata).<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Garbanzos: <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">son muy buenos, tanto como aperitivo salado muy sano, o como aderezo en las comidas para un toque extra crujiente.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Semillas<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">: girasol, calabaza, s\u00e9samo, ch\u00eda, lino, etc. \u00a1Las semillas est\u00e1n llenas de todo lo bueno!<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Frutos secos<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">: almendras, anacardos, nueces, nueces de Brasil, pi\u00f1ones.<\/span><\/span><\/li><li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Mantequillas de frutos secos<\/span><\/span><\/strong>: mantequilla de man\u00ed, de almendra, de anacardos, de avellanas, etc.<\/li><li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Lentejas:<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">&nbsp;puy, rojas, pardina, verdes, deshidratadas o ya listas para agregarlas directamente a tus salsas o recetas de <\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">curry<\/span><\/span><\/em>. Un gran sustituto de la carne en bolo\u00f1esas, lasa\u00f1as, etc.<\/li><li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Miso<\/span><\/span><\/strong>: un condimento japon\u00e9s tradicional. Se puede tomar como sopa o usarlo como aromatizante.<\/li><li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Salsa tamari\/de soja<\/span><\/span><\/strong>: la salsa tamari es una salsa de soja fermentada un poco m\u00e1s densa, menos salada y con menos trigo que la salsa de soja tradicional.<\/li><li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Tempe<\/span><\/span><\/strong>: est\u00e1 hecho a base de granos de soja fermentados, como el tofu, pero es menos conocido en los pa\u00edses occidentales. Es m\u00e1s firme que el tofu y tiene un sabor m\u00e1s fuerte. L\u00e1vala bien antes de usarla.<\/li><li><strong>Avena y mijo: <\/strong>una elecci\u00f3n excelente para un desayuno sustancioso.<\/li><li><strong>Cusc\u00fas integral<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Pasta integral o multi-cereales<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Tortitas y pan, integrales y germinados<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Polenta<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Harina de garbanzos<\/strong>: Una harina muy vers\u00e1til que normalmente se utiliza en la cocina india. Puedes cocinar <em>cr\u00eapes<\/em>, <em>bhajis<\/em> e incluso \u201ctortillas\u201d. Puedes espolvorearlas sobre los cereales en el desayuno o en los <em>smoothies<\/em>. Tambi\u00e9n pueden sustituir al huevo<\/li><li><strong>Semillas de ch\u00eda<\/strong>: Otro gran sustituto del huevo.
