Tofush & Chips is the signature dish at London’s first vegetarian and vegan pub, situated in Soho.  The tofush is juicy tofu marinated in lemon and wrapped in seaweed, covered in an ale batter. It comes with chunky chips, peas, and homemade vegan tartar sauce. Delish!

Matter Fastfoods

Matter Fastfoods (Bristol)

Matter Fastfoods is a Bristol institution! This plant-based take-out serves up everything and anything you can imagine in a “regular” fish and chip shop, but veganised, including battered ‘sausage’, tofish, falafel, mushy peas, curry sauce, and chow mein. But get in there quick; there are rumours that they will be closing their doors for good soon…
