Because every vegan needs these in their life.
Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees.
- Lay the kale out on a baking tray (if you’ve had to wash it yourself pat it down with a paper towel)
- Drizzle with olive oil and a little salt
- Bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes, shaking occasionally to ensure it’s all getting crispy
- When crispy, take out of the oven and empty into a bowl
- Drizzle with more olive oil, a little more salt (to taste) and a sprinkling of nutritional yeast
- Stir and serve.
