Brett is better known to the vegan world as EpiVegan. EpiVegan started life as an Instagram page back in 2016 and grew and grew from there – into a blog, a YouTube channel and then a cook book.
Brett’s website is well worth a visit if you’re looking for ideas for brilliant vegan meals. Describing the initial idea to set up an Instagram page, Brett states that he wanted to “show that vegan food could be tasty, vibrant and desirable to vegans and non-vegans alike”.
That sounds like a good basis for a food page to us!
That page now boasts more than 55 thousand followers. His YouTube channel was created in December 2016, where he interviews and cooks for vegan names which have included the likes of Lucy Watson (Made in Chelsea), Harry Kirton (Peaky Blinders), Tim Shieff and Rou Reynolds (rock band Enter Shikari).
His cookbook What Vegans Eat hit the shelfs in December 2018. He said the reason for bringing it out at that point was because “we want to use it as a book that can support Veganuary.” Veganuary loves Brett too!
