Hi my name is Emily Austin and I decided to be vegetarian just over 9 years ago. Since changing my diet I found that it has improved my overall health and well being.
After convincing (plus a little nagging) I eventually converted my best friend into being vegetarian. She said she is already feeling the benefits and can’t wait to try out veganuary. We are both very keen to try this and as students are learning to budget whilst creating delicious meals for the both of us.
After watching several documentaries we were both eager to start veganuary as well as attending different vegan festivals and becoming part of several animal rights activist groups. We feel being vegetarian is a fantastic way of life and one that should be experienced by all.
