I have practiced Buddhism and veganism since 2006. If I love animals, I can not eat them. Animals are my friends, my brothers and sisters, and also my Masters. If we were able to learn from them, life on Earth would be completely different.
By being vegan I respect all resources and living beings on Earth, I make my own contribution to stop deforestation, climate change, poverty, hunger and animal suffering. Animals are born free and they have feelings and rights. By being vegan I practice compassion and respect to those innocent beings. I am a volunteer at an animal shelter and I give free talks at my local School University. I belong to my Town Hall’s ‘responsible ownership of pets group’ and I also volunteer with people caring for feral cats.
