PizzaExpress expands its vegan retail range with new dairy-free ‘House Light Dressing’.
The dressing joins the Giardiniera pizza in the brand’s vegan range
PizzaExpress is treating us again to an exciting addition to its array of vegan products. We’re huge fans of the delicious pizzas on offer in the restaurant, and now we can enjoy a vegan version of the famous House Light Dressing at home.
It’s the perfect accompaniment to a quick and tasty lunchtime salad, or those wonderful summer evenings that allow us to dine under the stars, al fresco.
The much-loved House Light Dressing has been a long-time resident at PizzaExpress restaurants, with the retail version voted Britain’s number one branded salad dressing. The new vegan-friendly dressing captures the classic taste of the PizzaExpress House Light Dressing and can be used as a dip or dressing. It’s flavoursome, creamy, and full of herbs, and Pizza Express believe it’s so delicious “you don’t need to be vegan to love it.”
PizzaExpress seems committed to providing vegans with enjoyable dining experiences, whether at home or in one of the many restaurants. Last month the company launched two new additions to its vegan menu: a Mezze pizza, and a starter in the form of Rosemary & Garlic Flatbread with Hummus.
We love all things hummus, so PizzaExpress certainly gets the seal of approval with its Mezze pizza, bringing chargrilled aubergine, harrissa, rocket, jalapeño, roquito peppers, garlic oil, and, of course, hummus to the table.
Now the only question is… to dine out, or in?
The vegan House Light Dressing is now available at Asda for £1.99. See you in the queue!
