Protein-Packed Chilli Chocolate Pots with Hazelnuts and Berries
Fancy a sweet treat? Of course you do. This recipe from our friends over at Pulsin makes two pots, with a whopping 19g of protein per pot!
What you’ll need:
125g dark chocolate, melted
350g silken tofu
60g maple or golden syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ tsp chilli flakes
10g Pulsin pea protein power
10g toasted hazelnuts
Berries of your choice
1. Blend the silken tofu in a blender until it is smooth. Add the melted chocolate, syrup, vanilla essence, chilli flakes and protein powder, and mix it all together.
2. Pour into pots and chill for 30 minutes.
3. Crush the nuts and sprinkle them on the top
4. Serve with berries
