Mais de 582.000 pessoas de 209 pa\u00edses e territ\u00f3rios participaram do Veganuary 2021, quebrando todos os recordes anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aqui est\u00e1 o que os participantes do Veganuary 2021 revelaram sobre si mesmos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Quase metade (46%) disse que os animais eram sua motiva\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00famero um para tentar o veganismo<\/strong>, seguido por sa\u00fade pessoal (22%) e meio ambiente (21%). Outros motivos foram uma mudan\u00e7a \/ desafio \/ curiosidade (5%) \/ sa\u00fade global (4%) \/ um amigo, companheiro ou familiar (2%) **.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Quase tr\u00eas quartos (74%) ainda comiam carne e\/ou peixe<\/strong> quando se inscreveram para participar, 24% eram vegetarianos e 12% eram veganos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>A maioria (65%) tinha entre 25 e 54 anos<\/strong>, seguidos por aqueles entre 55 e 64 (15%) e aqueles entre 18 e 24 anos (14%).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>85% eram mulheres<\/strong> e 13% homens.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando questionados sobre sua experi\u00eancia no programa &#8220;Veganuary&#8221;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Quase dois ter\u00e7os (61%) seguiram uma dieta totalmente vegana durante todo o m\u00eas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Antes de participar do Veganuary, 30% planejava permanecer vegano ao final de seu compromisso, <strong>mas depois de participar de 40% agora planeja permanecer vegano<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>75% daqueles que n\u00e3o permanecem veganos <strong>planejam reduzir seu consumo de produtos de origem animal<\/strong> em pelo menos metade no futuro e 75% s\u00e3o muito \/ extremamente propensos a tentar o veganismo novamente no futuro.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>No total, <strong>85% dos participantes mudar\u00e3o sua dieta permanentemente<\/strong>, seja permanecendo vegano ou reduzindo seu consumo de produtos de origem animal pela metade.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A principal raz\u00e3o pela qual os participantes decidiram permanecer veganos \u00e9 que <strong>foi mais f\u00e1cil do que esperavam (23%)<\/strong>, seguido por aprender mais sobre veganismo (22%).<\/li><li><strong>Metade dos entrevistados percebeu alguma melhora em sua sa\u00fade geral<\/strong>, sendo os benef\u00edcios mais comuns aumento de energia (49%), melhora do humor (46%), melhora da pele (38%) e a mudan\u00e7a desejada no peso corporal (38%).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>98% recomendariam o Veganuary a um amigo ou membro da fam\u00edlia.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Os resultados da pesquisa oficial Veganuary 2021 podem ser vistos com mais detalhes em ingl\u00eas <a href=\"https:\/\/veganuary.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Veganuary-2021-Survey-Results-ALL-2.pdf\">aqui<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comentando os resultados, o Diretor do Veganuary Am\u00e9rica Latina, Mauricio Serrano, disse: <em>&#8220;Esses resultados mostram que Veganuary est\u00e1 realmente inspirando as pessoas na Am\u00e9rica Latina e em todo o mundo a adotar uma dieta mais ecol\u00f3gica, com <strong>85% dos nossos participantes de 2021<\/strong> <strong>planejando reduzir pelo menos metade de seu consumo de produtos de origem animal permanentemente &#8211; incluindo os 40% que planejam permanecer totalmente vegano.<\/strong>&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele acrescentou: <em>&#8220;<strong>98% das pessoas que participaram de Veganuary recomendariam esta iniciativa<\/strong>, demonstrando que o trabalho \u00e1rduo que temos feito para fornecer a cada participante as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para aderir \u00e0 dieta \u00e0 base de plantas os serviu e apreciou.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contato:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mauricio Serrano Palma<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diretor Veganuary para a Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T: +56965799337<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E: <a href=\"mailto:mauricio@veganuary.com\">mauricio@veganuary.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* A pesquisa foi enviada por Veganuary para 76% das 582.000 pessoas que se inscreveram durante a campanha de 2021. 43.982 pessoas responderam (10%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>** A resposta a esta pergunta n\u00e3o pode ser comparada diretamente com os anos anteriores, pois a metodologia mudou.
