Voc\u00ea s\u00f3 precisa saber o que usar, como e onde. Abaixo, apresentamos as op\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sementes de Chia<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As sementes de Chia s\u00e3o muito legais. Com pouco sabor, podem ser usados em pratos doces e salgados em substitui\u00e7\u00e3o aos ovos. O tofu macio (n\u00e3o firme ou marinado \/ aromatizado) pode ser usado com muito sucesso para substituir os ovos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>1\/4 x\u00edcara de tofu macio, misturado at\u00e9 ficar bem homog\u00eaneo, \u00e9 igual a um &#8216;ovo&#8217; de tofu. Muitas vezes voc\u00ea descobrir\u00e1 que \u00e9 mais barato do que nas grandes lojas!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Banana<\/strong> amassada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sim, banana! Excelente substituto para os ovos e mant\u00e9m tudo molhadinho. Vai ficar um pouco de sabor de banana, ent\u00e3o voc\u00ea deve escolher bem a receita para usar. Bolos saborosos, muffins, panquecas e, claro, p\u00e3o de banana funcionam muito bem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Certifique-se de escolher as bananas mais maduras, aquelas com manchas, para o melhor resultado. Meia banana amassada muito bem faz um \u2018ovo\u2019 de banana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aquafaba (\u00e1gua do cozimento do gr\u00e3o-de- bico)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o, n\u00e3o estamos brincando! A descoberta mais comentada no mundo da confeitaria vegana desde \u2026 de todos os tempos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Como isso aconteceu, n\u00f3s honestamente n\u00e3o sabemos. Mas em algum lugar, de alguma forma, algu\u00e9m decidiu drenar a \u00e1gua de uma lata de gr\u00e3o de bico e us\u00e1-la para fazer merengues.
