E a que eu mais gostava quando crian\u00e7a era a verde, com espinafre, ricota e molho branco, por isso fiz quest\u00e3o de veganizar essa receita!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>A lasanha verde deve ter feito parte de v\u00e1rios momentos da sua vida. Algum que voc\u00ea lembre em especial?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sim! N\u00e3o s\u00f3 da minha vida, mas tamb\u00e9m da vida das pessoas que acompanham minhas receitas. Outro dia estava no mercado, e uma seguidora se aproximou, toda t\u00edmida, para dizer que tinha feito a lasanha verde para o anivers\u00e1rio da m\u00e3e, e que foi o primeira comemora\u00e7\u00e3o em fam\u00edlia em que todos compartilharam uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o 100% vegetal. E que foi um sucesso! Vivemos numa era de terrorismo nutricional, e \u00e0s vezes parece que tudo aquilo que comemos tem que ter um n\u00famero x de prote\u00ednas, de carboidratos, quando na verdade poder\u00edamos orientar nossas escolhas com mais tranquilidade e seguran\u00e7a ao escolher os alimentos que nos aproximam da terra \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Qual \u00e9 o seu prato vegano preferido?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Imposs\u00edvel responder, hehe. Mas gosto muito de massas e de pratos da culin\u00e1ria asi\u00e1tica, em geral. Agora, se eu tivesse que escolher um \u00fanico prato para comer para o resto da minha vida, certamente seria arroz, feij\u00e3o, farofa de banana, vinagrete e legumes grelhados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Qual \u00e9 o prato que mesmo vegano voc\u00ea n\u00e3o come de jeito nenhum?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o sou muito chegada nas imita\u00e7\u00f5es de carne, frango, peixe, etc, sobretudo porque na maioria das vezes s\u00e3o ultraprocessados. Mas tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o sou radical a ponto de me recusar a comer, se eu vou na casa de algu\u00e9m e tem, eu como, e se eu estiver em uma lanchonete com um hamb\u00farguer&nbsp;vegetal ultraprocessado que imita a carne, agrade\u00e7o por ao menos ter essa op\u00e7\u00e3o, mas em casa, n\u00e3o entra.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vamos \u00e0 receita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve at\u00e9 8 por\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para o molho bechamel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INGREDIENTES<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.5 litros de leite vegetal sem a\u00e7\u00facar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 x\u00edcara de farinha de trigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bd x\u00edcara de azeite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 colheres de ch\u00e1 de sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noz moscada ralada a gosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pimenta preta mo\u00edda na hora, a gosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PREPARO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acrescente em uma panela a farinha, o sal e o azeite e leve para cozinhar em fogo m\u00e9dio por tr\u00eas minutos, mexendo sempre.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Junte o leite aos poucos e misture com a ajuda de um batedor de arame at\u00e9 engrossar, mexendo bem para n\u00e3o \u201cempelotar\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quando ferver, diminua o fogo para baixo e deixe cozinhar por mais dez minutos, mexendo de tempos em tempos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acrescente a noz moscada e a pimenta preta ao final e est\u00e1 pronto! Escorra a \u00e1gua e transfira para o liquidificador.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acrescente os demais ingredientes e bata at\u00e9 obter um creme denso. Reserve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para a montagem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>500 g de massa seca para lasanha, sem ovos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 ma\u00e7o de espinafre (400g) cozido e escorrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 g de champignon em conserva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PREPARO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9-aque\u00e7a o forno a 180 graus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribua uma concha e meia de molho no fundo de uma assadeira ou refrat\u00e1rio de 30 x 20 cm.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Arranje uma camada de massa sobre o molho, e cubra com uma camada de ricota, espinafre e champignon. Regue com um pouco de molho e repita o processo: uma camada de massa, uma de recheio e uma de molho at\u00e9 preencher toda a assadeira.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A \u00faltima camada deve ser de molho, em quantidade generosa! Espalhe bem o molho sobre a massa e cubra com papel alum\u00ednio (dica: usar uma outra assadeira para cobrir funciona e \u00e9 mais sustent\u00e1vel) e leve para assar por 25 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tire o papel alum\u00ednio e asse por mais 20 minutos. Nos \u00faltimos 5 minutos, suba a temperatura do forno para 220 graus e deixe no grill caso o seu forno tenha essa op\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se conseguir resistir: aguarde 10 minutos antes de servir, isso ajuda a lasanha a se firmar e a ser servida sem despeda\u00e7ar.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DICAS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Caso voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tenha miss\u00f4 e levedura nutricional para a ricota, tempere com sal &#8211; mas n\u00e3o deixe de fazer!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Embora a massa seca para lasanha n\u00e3o exija pr\u00e9-cozedura, esta cozinheira profissional revela: cozinhar a massa por 4 minutos antes de levar \u00e0 assadeira deixa a lasanha mais suculenta. Vai encarar o desafio? Ent\u00e3o deixe uma tigela grande com \u00e1gua ao lado do fog\u00e3o, para esfriar a massa pr\u00e9-cozida. Use uma pin\u00e7a de cozinha para transferir a massa da panela para a tigela. Distribua panos de prato sobre a bancada, para reservar as folhas de massa at\u00e9 o momento da montagem. Vale a pena!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para uma lasanha 100% vegetal, certifique-se que a massa n\u00e3o cont\u00e9m ovos.
