Rachel is a Psychology PhD student with a passion for healthy living. In 2014 she gained a Nutritional Therapy qualification, which she puts to good use creating delicious plant-based recipes for her blog Healthy & Psyched. Her food philosophy is to eat lots of whole plant-based foods and make healthier versions of her favourite treats and comfort foods. She wants to inspire you in the kitchen and aims to make health and well-being accessible to everyone, from health-nuts to the curious or even intimidated.
