Ingredients

  • ½ cup quinoa
  • 2 ¼ cup Provamel Organic Almond drink sweetened (or similar)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cardamon
  • 1 pomegranate
  • ¼ cup roasted almond flakes

A great start to your day.

Method

  • Rinse the quinoa under streaming water and put in a pot together with 1 ¼ cup of Almond drink, vanilla, cardamon and salt.
  • Bring to a boil, but don’t let it cook. Lower the heat, put the lid on the pot and let it set until the quinoa has absorbed all the milk.
  • Take the pot off the fire and let it rest for 7 minutes.
  • Stir well and divide in small pots, pour the rest of the almond milk over it and finish with some fruit and almond flakes.
