- In a non-stick pot or sauce pan, warm the oil over low-medium heat. Add the garlic, rosemary, and pepper flakes (a couple dashes) and let cook for a few minutes until it starts to brown.
- Add the spinach, salt, and lemon juice. Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes, until the spinach is softened.
- Stir in the beans and cook until heated through. Serve over the pasta. Top with chopped tomato and pine nuts, if desired.
