As a scratch bakery, Crosstown make their doughnuts fresh 365 days of the year. Using the finest quality ingredients, sourced locally and from around the world, the signature sourdough is rolled by hand with all jams, compotes, glazes and fillings made in-house. In 2017 the brand launched a range of vegan sourdough doughnuts, made with alternative ingredients such as chia seeds and coconut butter, and have since been awarded Best Vegan Doughnuts by PETA (2018) and Best Doughnuts by Vegans of LDN.

- Cranberry & Apple – Warming flavours of winter and the festive season are captured in our handcrafted chai tea glaze and cranberry and apple compote, finished with a crunchy pecan and cinnamon crumble.
- Chocolate & Honeycomb – Crosstown’s first vegan black cocoa dough cocoons a rich dark chocolate custard, with a generous speckling of honeycomb. An indulgent layer of chocolate ganache is individually pallet knifed on to each doughnut and then finished with a shower of honeycomb pieces and chocolate soil.
- Blackberry & Pear – Our award-winning vegan sourdough in square doughnut form with a fruity blackberry and pear compote with blackberry glaze finished with homemade vanilla crumble.
- Soursough Doughnut Selection – A selection of six or twelve handcrafted sourdough doughnuts, made using 100% plant-based ingredients. Flavours are likely to include: Tongan Vanilla Bean Glaze, Dark Chocolate Truffle and Cinnamon Scroll.
- Sri Lankan Cinnamon Sugar – Made using our award-winning vegan sourdough, that we roll, whilst still warm, in the finest Sri Lankan cinnamon sugar. This signature Crosstown doughnut is light, pillowy and packed with flavour.
- Cinnamon Scroll – Crosstown’s award-winning vegan sourdough rolled with cinnamon and covered in our signature vanilla bean glaze.
- Tongan Vanilla Bean Glaze – Crosstown’s award-winning vegan sourdough, topped with our signature Tongan vanilla bean glaze.
- Dark Chocolate Truffle – Crosstown’s award-winning vegan sourdough with a dark chocolate ganache and indulgent dark chocolate truffle filling.
