  • Baked Aubergine – Quinoa, seasonal vegetable stuffed aubergine, avocado cream, whipped vegan feta, dukkah + tumeric hummus
  • Green Burger – Fermented mushroom patty, shredded lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles + vegan cheese served with sweet potato fried
  • Daily Soup or Salad
  • Grain Bowl – turmeric spiced hummus, citrus kale, crispy chickpeas, watercress, micro-greens, pickled red onions + red quinoa
  • Goodness Bowl – cumin + smoked paprika spriced root vegetables, smashed broccoli, lemon + herb pearl barley, kale, carrot + miso dressing
