- Mix the following together in a bowl or blend in a food processor; ground almonds, chopped medjool dates, pea protein, agave or rice syrup and vanilla extract.
- Melt the dark chocolate and add in the cranberries.
- Form onto a tray to set for 20 mins.
- Slice into 6 pieces and serve.
