Roxy and Ben first met six years ago, and now the couple run one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing vegan recipe channels. Three years ago they decided to go vegan after their attitudes towards food evolved. ‘So Vegan’ was formed with the mission to revolutionise the way people think about vegan food and de-bunk the myth that everyday vegan food is expensive and overcomplicated. The channel now has over one million devoted followers and their recipes reach tens of millions of people around the world every month.
