The Meat Free Monday Challenge – Week 1

Challenge your tastebuds, your culinary skills as well as your friends and family!

We’ve partnered with the amazing Meat Free Mondays to bring you a brand new 10-week challenge, designed to help you begin your vegan journey, challenge your culinary skills and use your own charm to challenge friends, family and colleagues to make that next step towards veganism.

Over the course of the next 10 weeks, we will be offering two amazing recipes each week for you to try – it’s a way of showcasing great food and letting others know it’s not all dull, bland and unappetizing!

All recipes are, of course, 100% vegan and extremely tasty!

We want you, whether you’re new to veganism, you’ve never tried it before or if you’re a seasoned pro. We want you to help us help others and get cooking!

All recipes are provided directly from Meat Free Monday and Wicked Healthy, the brainchild of brothers Derek & Chad Sarno, showing you how to do amazing things in the kitchen and create tasty, appealing dishes.

A creamy Wicked Serious Carbonara, packed full of creamy goodness and guaranteed to taste amazing.

Carbonara, an Italian classic, is now a plant-forward masterpiece. We’re banging it out with cashews for creaminess, mushrooms for meatiness and pasta because, well… PASTA!

It serves 4-6 people and is ready within 60-90 minutes!
