An Amazing Story of Friendship: Mr G and Jellybean

Mr. G the goat and Jellybean the donkey were saved from a sad situation.

Mr. G was given a permanent home at Animal Place, while Jellybean was taken to another organization. Poor Mr. G missed his BFF so much, he refused to eat or even leave his stall. Animal Place realized they needed to take drastic action to reunite them.

Jellybean was located, and a volunteer made a 14-hour round trip with a livestock trailer to bring him back to Animal Place. The video of their tearjerking reunion went viral, and thanks to worldwide attention, millions of people learned that farmed animals are capable of deep emotional bonds.
