Jennifer Lopez has been known for her body since the days of Jenny from the block. But now in her 40s she accredits her health to veganism.
The star used the help of exercise physiologist Marco Borges to transition to veganism, who has also helped the likes of Beyoncé. Jennifer told New York radio station 100:
You do feel better. I do recommend the vegan diet because you wake up and feel great!
She also admitted:
Butter is the one thing I miss.
