Protein Pancakes 4 Ways with Naturally Stefanie

The lovely Naturally Stefanie came in to show us how to make these amazing pancakes! They were absolutely delicious. This girl LOVES maple syrup.

Ingredients:

For the pancakes

1 cup oats

1/4 cup dairy-free vanilla protein powder

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 banana

1 cup almond milk

Toppings

Peanut Butter
Banana
Walnuts
Maple Syrup

Egg-Free Custard
Blueberries
Chia Seeds
Maple Syrup

Homemade Nutella (find the recipe on our website!)
Strawberries
Hazelnuts
Maple Syrup

Coconut Yoghurt
Raspberries
Pistachios
Maple Syrup

Directions:

1. Combine the pancake ingredients together in a blender and blitz until you have a smooth consistency. Add one scoop of batter batter to an oiled frying pan and fry on each side until golden brown. Repeat and stack up your pancakes ready for topping.
