Whatever your talents or hobbies, you can turn them into funds for Veganuary. Whether you’re a fitness fanatic, thrill-seeker, budding baker or handy with a needle and thread, why not set up your own fundraising event and get your friends and family involved?

You can set up a page on JustGiving and promote your efforts far and wide. Check out these top tips to get you started.

You can also set up a Facebook fundraiser. How about doing a birthday fundraiser and ask your pals to donate instead of sending you gifts? Visit the Veganuary Facebook page to set up your fundraiser today.

Give as you browse

Raise funds from the comfort of your own home! A number of websites and companies will make a small charitable donation on your behalf whenever you shop online. It doesn’t cost you anything, but all of those small donations will soon add up to make a big difference to our work.

Create an account with Give as you Live or Easy Fundraising and set Veganuary as your chosen charity. Then you can browse thousands of retailers online, and every time you make a purchase, we’ll receive a donation at no extra cost to you.

There’s also AmazonSmile, which features all the same products and prices as Amazon. Make Veganuary your chosen charity and the AmazonSmile Foundation will donate a portion of the purchase price of all eligible products to us.

Finally, replace your usual search engine with Everyclick. Make Veganuary your chosen charity on Everyclick and each time you browse the web we’ll receive a small donation. You can even track how much money has been raised!

Sell your stuff

Are you planning to get rid of your old car or motorbike? Register with Give A Car and they’ll collect it for you for free and, depending on its condition, they’ll arrange for it to be either auctioned or scrapped. They’ll then donate the proceeds to Veganuary if you let them know we’re the cause of your choice.
