Bibibop has many vegan options! They serve customized bowls using a menu of toppings and recently started offering a new Chef Curated Plant-Based Power Bowl which is fully vegan.
Vegan bowl basics
- Bases: White Rice, Purple Rice, Supergreens Salad, Japchae Noodles (plant-based; contain gluten/soy – check in store if needed)
- Protein: Tofu
- Hot and cold toppings: Bean Sprouts, Black Beans, Potatoes, Carrots, Corn, Kale, Cucumber, Pickled Red Cabbage, Roasted Sesame Broccoli, Pineapple, Lettuce, Green Onion, Daikon, Jalapeño, and more seasonal veg as available
- Sauces and oils (vegan): Ginger Teriyaki, Gochujang, Sesame Ginger, Sesame Oil
- Tip: Mix sauces! Try Ginger Teriyaki + Gochujang for a sweet-spicy combo, or keep it simple with Sesame Oil and a sprinkle of green onion
Plant-Based Power Bowls
The Plant-Based Power Bowls come with a salad base, tofu, potatoes, black beans, bean sprouts, kale, and corn and are topped with a Teriyaki sauce.

We should note that Chef Curated Plant-Based Power Bowls rotate seasonally. Please check in-store for current offerings but know that you can always build your own!

- Not Vegan: Please note that non of the following are suitable for vegans. These are easy to trip over!

is bibibop kimchi vegan?
Yes! Fortunately, the kimchi at Bibibop is indeed vegan-friendly! Unlike a lot of versions of kimchi, this doesn’t include any fish sauce.
IS BIBIBOP MISO SOUP VEGAN?
No. Unfortunately, not. The soup now contains fish/seafood and is not suitable for vegans.
Are the Japchae Noodles vegan?
The noodles are indeed plant-based. However they do contain gluten/soy.
