CAVA offers up some delicious mediterranean bowls, wraps, and more, with a variety of plant-bast options to choose from. Unfortunately, none of their “curated bowls” are vegan as is, but you can easily swap in plant-based proteins and sauces.
MAINS
- Crispy Falafel or Roasted Vegetables: delicious plant-based protein option you can add to any dish, or eat on it’s own with one of their vegan sauces
- Build Your Own Bowl or Pita: add the Crispy Falafel for some plant-powered protein, and choose from a variety of grains, veggies, and sauces to build your perfect bowl! All of the “Greens + Grains” options are vegan, as are all of the toppings (except the Crumbled Feta)
Sides + Desserts
- Pita Chips
- Side Pita
- Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips (without the honey dipping sauce)
- Dips: vegan options include hummus, roasted eggplant, harissa, and roasted red pepper hummus
- Dressings: all of the dressings are vegan except for the Yogurt Dill dressing.
DRINKS
All of the drink options are vegan except for the Horizon 1% and Chocolate milks.
