VEGAN MAINS

You’ll need to do some customization, but the following are entirely vegan-friendly!

  • Veggie Pita: Pita (ask for no butter), hummus, romaine, tomato, cucumber, red onion, olives, pepperoncini and cabbage. Sauce: tahini or Greek vinaigrette. Skip the tzatziki/feta.
  • Hummus Bowl/Salad: Choose bowl or salad base, hummus, all the veg, vinaigrette or tahini. Add lemon and chili flakes if available.
  • Lettuce/Gluten‑Free Wrap (where offered): Build as above; verify wrap ingredients.

SIDES:

  • Fries
  • Hummus with pita or veggie sticks (ask for no butter on grilled pita)
  • Side Salad without cheese; choose vinaigrette
  • Rice

SAUCES AND DRESSING:

  • Use: Hummus, Tahini (if available), Greek Vinaigrette, Hot Sauce/Red Sauce
  • Avoid: Tzatziki, Feta Sauce, Spicy Feta, Ranch, Garlic Feta, Aioli

TIPS AND CAUTIONS:

  • Ask for “no butter on pita/grill.”
