Protein Bar & Kitchen touts an easy-to-modify menu focused on smoothies, bowls, wraps, and more. Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu.

Breakfast

The PB&A Oatmeal is the only vegan breakfast options as -is, but you can also ask for the Almost Naked Oatmeal made without honey.

Lunch

  • The Saigon Bowl and Saigon Burrito are fully vegan without modifications, but you can easily make other bowls and burritos vegan by removing cheese or swapping chicken for tofu.

  • Sweet Tart Smoothie: Mango, acai berry, banana & coconut water

  • Out of Office: Mango, banana, coconut, pineapple, organic agave & LIINA blue spirulina

Smoothie Bowls & Parfaits

No Bowls are vegan as-is, but you can make some of the bowls vegan by swapping out toppings. The parfaits are all made with dairy-based Greek yogurt.

Kids

Mini Mango: Pineapple, strawberry, mango, coconut water and lime

Strawberry Fields: Strawberry, banana, organic agave nectar and almond milk

Coffee

Create your own coffee drink with oat milk, almond milk, plant-based protein, and a vegan sweetener!
