Apple Cinnamon Spiced Protein Oats


Apple pie oats

A beautiful, sweet, and warming way to start every day!

  1. 1 heaping cup oats of choice
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1 cup oat milk
  4. 3.5 oz apple puree
  5. 1-2 tsp cinnamon
  6. Pinch of sea salt
  7. 1/4 cup unflavored protein powder (we recommend Pulsin pea protein if it is available near you!)
  8. 1-2 tbsp maple syrup to taste
  10. 2 tbsp tahini
  11. 2 tbsp pecans and pumpkin seeds mixed; toasted if desired
  12. 2-4 tsp maple syrup
  13. 1 small, sweet apple of choice diced
  14. 2 tbsp pomegranate

  1. Mix together oats, water, oat milk, apple puree, and cinnamon in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes; until thickened.
  2. Add in salt, protein, and maple syrup to taste.
  3. Stir well to combine. Loosen out with a little more oat milk if desired to reach desired consistency.
  4. Serve topped with the wonderful array of topping suggestions!
