Breakfast pizza

Putting the fun back into breakfast!

  1. 1 ripe banana
  2. 1 cup of gluten-free oats
  3. Peanut butter
  4. Fruit of your choice (suggestions in recipe)

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Mash up the banana and mix properly with oats.

Line your baking tray with parchment paper. Take the banana and oat mixture and create a pizza shape.

Bake in the oven for 10 min or until the bottom of the pizza is slightly brown.

Spread peanut butter on the top; then add sliced banana, strawberries, kiwi – or whatever fruit you like – and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
