Vegan cheese (I used Violife Mozzarella)
Optional:
Branston Pickle
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Celery
This simple snack is still available to you as a vegan! All you need is some plant-based cheese and some great tasting crackers… lots of well-known (Ritz, for example) and supermarket brands are vegan… just check the label first.
