Easy Cheesy Pasta

  • 16 oz dry pasta (your favorite pasta shape)
  • 2 cups plant-based milk
  • 2 cups (1 bag) GOOD PLANeT plant-based cheddar shreds
  • 6 GOOD PLANeT Smoked Gouda Plant-Based Cheese Wedges (One 4 oz package)
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook pasta until al dente, about 6-8 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan bring the milk to a simmer over medium heat, stirring continuously to ensure it doesn’t burn. Remove from heat and add in cheese shreds. Whisk until cheese is fully melted.
  3. Once the cheddar is fully incorporated, add one cheese wedge at a time and whisk until fully melted. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Combine pasta with cheese sauce, stirring until the pasta is evenly coated. Enjoy immediately.
